Three Bellevue Center

This project is a sister project to Rainier Bank Plaza, which is located next door. The HVAC system for this 22-story office building was served by a very large, custom Haakon unit on the roof of the building. Other critical acoustical issues that were addressed by JGL Acoustics, Inc. during the design phase of the project were noise & vibration control of the elevator machinery (the mid-rise machines were located adjacent to rentable office space in the middle of the building), the garage exhaust system, and the emergency generator.
